Recycling In Transition was held on 9/11/2019 at the offices of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in Springfield IL. The Sangamo Room at the ILEPA was filled with representatives from businesses, city and county governments, educational institutions, not for profits and individuals who have an interest in recycling. In addition State Senator David Koehler of the 46th District spoke about legislative issues and ILEPA Bureau of Land Chief Kyle Rominger offered Opening Remarks. The Annual Meeting of the Illinois Recycling Association was held during the lunch break and awards were presented by IRA’s President, Ron Tazelaar:
