John Lardner is a Senior Engineer and JPL Environmental Engineering.  He is a professional engineering consultant and co-owner of Patriot Acres LLC.  His company, JPL Environmental Engineering, assists clients with design, operation and permitting of composting facilities in Illinois.  Patriot Acres is a proposed organic material composting facility located at a closed landfill in a north suburban area of Chicago.  John previously worked for 30 years at consulting engineering companies on landfill and transfer station development projects that included siting, design, permitting and construction quality assurance.
