Jeremy Reynolds, PE, Huff & Huff Engineering. Mr. Reynolds directs the practice in certification of soils as CCDD eligible. A frequent speaker on CCDD regulatory issues, he relies on his experience in representing municipal, commercial & residential property owners for CCDD compliance matters.

Mike Tryon represents the Illinois Aggregate Producers. He served in the Illinois House of Representatives where he sat on the Environmental Committee and previously served as Chairman of the McHenry County Board. Professionally, Mr. Tryon was the owner of a water quality testing laboratory until its sale last year.

Stephen Sylvester, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Environmental Bureau, State of Illinois. Stephen Sylvester is a senior assistant attorney general who does environmental enforcement litigation for the Attorney General’s office. Among other things he has had numerous enforcement cases involving construction or demolition debris. Also, he participated & testified in the Pollution Control Board’s clean construction or demolition debris rule making & has been involved in legislative efforts regarding clean construction or demolition debris & uncontaminated soil.
