The Ecology Action Center is a not-for-profit environmental agency with a mission to inspire and assist residents of McLean County in creating, strengthening and preserving a healthy environment. The EAC acts as a central resource for environmental education, information, outreach, and technical assistance in McLean County.

To maintain our position of leadership over the years, we strive to be on the forefront of quality service in waste collection, transfer station management, recycling collection, waste processing and waste transport.
Bob Hollis is the founder of The Mobius Network, a progressive technology services provider that applies free and open source software solutions to help organizations with a public benefit mission achieve their objectives. Bob has served as a board member, adviser or committee member for the U.S. Zero Waste Business Council, California Resource Recovery Association (CRRA), California Integrated Waste Management Board, Rock the Earth, Earth Island Institute, National Recycling Coalition, The Mark Vann Foundation, Recycling Organizations of North America, California Sustainable Business Council, The Rolling Hills Community Services District, Zero Emissions Research Initiative (ZERI), and Universal Remediation. Bob has presented on subjects related to business, technology, and the environment at numerous events on behalf of organizations including the California Resource Recovery Association, The Northern California Recycling Association, New Noise Music Conference, Illinois Recycling Association, the U.S. Zero Waste Business Council, and the U.S. EPA Science and Technology Council.
